- Evaluate and Adjust – Collect data on your activities, measure effectiveness, and refine your approach. Evaluation replaces self-criticism and guesswork with actionable insight.
- Reduce Effort by Improving Quality – Once your activities are aligned and optimized, you can achieve better results in less time. Quality of activity drives your outcomes, not sheer volume.
When you operate without knowing what’s enough, you either overdo business development and burn out, or underdo it and scramble when your pipeline runs dry.
